2025 Corporate Safety Numbers Announcement 

Conco Services LLC's Safety Department is pleased to provide the following safety statistics for the year ended December 31, 2025. Behind our safety statistics is a deliberate, value-driven approach focused on risk recognition, employee engagement, and continuous improvement. In 2025, Conco Services LLC achieved a combined Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR) of 0.39 while completing over 1.5 million manhours, reflecting our ability to safely execute complex, high-risk work. This performance builds on a strong multi-year trend, with a three-year average TRIR well below industry norms and a current Experience Modification Rate (EMR) of 0.626.

Our results are driven by proactive field engagement through leadership safety walks, Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) observations, and peer-to-peer coaching that reinforce hazard recognition and safe decision-making at the task level. Every incident and near-miss is reviewed with a learning-focused approach aimed at strengthening systems, improving planning, and preventing recurrence rather than assigning blame. As we move into 2026, our focus remains on enhancing pre-task risk identification, improving JSA quality, and increasing employee participation in proactive safety programs, ensuring safety excellence for our workforce and continued confidence for our customers.
